Paramount Place is a vacation home built to capitalize on a beautiful location. This vacation rental features 51 windows and 4 large sliding doors that provide panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and forests from every room.

The great room features 25-foot white pine ceilings and three stories of windows. A stone fireplace adds ambiance, while a full home theatre (satellite TV, Dolby 5.1 Digital Surround Sound, Yamaha Digital Reciever, Samsung DVD Player, and 36-inch JVC TV) makes for a perfect place to gather for the game or a favorite movie. Just adjoining is a formal dining room with space for everyone in your party.

The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed. The master bath has a double whirlpool tub and a double shower stall.

The large kitchen is fully-equipped with superlative appliances and maple cabinets. Everything you need to prepare great meals is here. On the front of the kitchean a breakfast bar seats five and a casual dining table is situated in the kitchen. And with a kitchen this spaceous, there is plenty of room for multiple cooks in the kitchen!

The second floor features two loft areas that overlook the great room and are connected by a gangway. The North Loft features an eight-foot maple pool table, a perfect place for kids and adults to hang out.

The East Loft features two queen-size futons with upgraded mattresses. This space is a perfect place to relax with a book and a great place for kids to have an extended sleepover!

The Gangway doubles as an office area and features a desk, chair, Dell Pentium 4 computer, 17 inch monitor, and a printer. DSL internet and wireless access is available.

Just off the North Loft, the North Bedroom features a comfortable bed and a en-suite full bath. This room also features a 27-inch TV with satellite TV, DVD, and VCR.

The wraparound deck offers unparalleled views of the surrounding forests and mountains. A Vita Six-Person Hot Tub offers a private place to relax. In the yard a Creative Playthings play set has a fort, rope ladder, slide, and a variety of swings for all ages. There is also a 26x32 foot basketball court. On the lower terrace is a fire pit with room for tents in case the panoramic views in every room aren’t enough for the outdoor enthusiasts in your party!
